Taping Sidewall Joints
When taping horizontal drywall joints, start in one corner. Roll the automatic taper steadily down the centerline of the joint allowing the head of the taper to lead. Always be sure the drive wheels are turning and in solid contact with the wall. If the wheels skip, you will have gaps in the compound under the joint tape and these gaps cause blisters when the joint compound dries. Watch the video to learn more.
